Bus

Braintree's bus network offers easy access to Braintree and Great Notley from the Bus Park, which is located a short walk from the train station.

Stansted Transit services 34 and 34A serve the main Bus Park, and train station, and Skyline 120 Business Park.

Train

Braintree is easily accessible by train. The railway station is in the centre of Braintree and offers regular services to stops on the London to Ipswich line. These include Liverpool Street, Colchester, Chelmsford and Ipswich. For certain destinations it is necessary to change at Witham.

Trains run hourly from Braintree to London Liverpool Street, taking around 60 - 65 minutes to arrive.

Walking

Good quality pedestrian routes have been designed to permeate the site, and a number of improvements to existing pedestrian routes have been proposed in association with the development to make it easier to undertake short local trips on foot. A map of Great Notley can be found at Google Maps.

Cycling

Secure and covered cycle parking is provided at Skyline 120. Braintree and Great Notley town centres, and the Braintree bus and railway stations are all within easy cycling distance of the site.

Car

From the M25 Exit the M25 at Junction 27. Follow the M11 northbound. Leave the M11 at junction 8A to join the A120. At Panners Junction branch left (signposted Chelmsford), then at Panners Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A131 (signposted Chelmsford). At Great Notley roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A131 (signposted Chelmsford). You are now entering Great Notley. At Queenborough Lane roundabout take the 3rd exit. This is the entrance to Skyline 120 Business Park.

From the North Exit the M11 at junction 8, then at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A120 (signposted Stansted Airport). At the Priory Wood Roundabout take the 3rd exit, then merge onto the A120 (signposted Passenger Terminal, Parking Short Stay, Airport South). At the Panners Junction branch left (signposted Chelmsford), then at Panners Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A131 (signposted Chelmsford). At Great Notley roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A131 (signposted Chelmsford). You are now entering Great Notley. At Queenborough Lane roundabout take the 3rd exit. This is the entrance to Skyline 120 Business Park.
